James has over 16 years experience in real estate and has held senior management positions with real estate organisations in Australia, the United States, the Middle East and New Zealand.
James began his real estate career with Colliers International where he held the position of project marketing manager in the Brisbane office of PRD’s nationwide Residential Project Marketing division where he was responsible for sales & marketing of high density, mixed use and master planned community development projects.
He has significant experience in design, development management, marketing, sales and asset management and has worked across the full spectrum of real estate asset classes including real estate private equity in New York.
James has been actively involved in the Queenstown market for the last decade as an owner, investor and developer of real estate. He previously held the position of General Manager of Projects with Remarkables Park Limited and re-joined Colliers International in 2017.
James holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University New York, a Graduate Diploma in Property Economics and a Bachelor of Business both conferred from the Queensland University of Technology.
