As Colliers International's Auckland managing director, Charles holds a strategic role responsible for the entire client service experience, the growth strategies and the profitability of the total Auckland business. Charles is also a key member of Colliers International's New Zealand board of directors and sits on the Australasian senior leadership team.
Colliers International's Auckland business is the strongest commercial real estate services player in the market and employs over 260 professionals in four offices across the city.
Charles is also responsible for growing Colliers' market share across its various service lines and charged with developing Colliers’ Auckland business as a ‘best practice’ model for the company’s 20 nationwide offices.
He is also responsible for people management across the Auckland offices, including leadership and direction, recruitment, mentoring, skills development and succession planning; as well as implementing and developing new business lines.

Richard leads Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team. The team comprises nearly 160 employees across the country. Richard has 20 over years’ experience in the property industry.
Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, predominantly retail with some commercial properties.
He is actively involved in project leasing, retail consultancy and development opportunities, and leads the strategic positioning of assets to maximise value to owners.
Richard joined Colliers following 12 years at Kiwi Property Group, where he held various leasing and management roles.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, redevelopment and strategic planning.
Richard consults across a wide variety of clients including listed property trusts, private clients, off-shore funds and syndicates.

John joined Colliers International in January 2017 after spending over 10 years in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Colliers, John spent 8 years at BNZ where he was a Partner in the Property Finance team. This involved managing a Senior Property Finance portfolio with heavy involvement in various Commercial investment and development property transactions through-out New Zealand.
John leads the Auckland Commercial Real Estate Management team for Colliers. The team provides core property management services as well as Strategic Asset management consultancy with a specific focus on identifying ways to maximise the value of an asset but furthermore identifying additional income streams for their clients.

My career has focussed on the the field of Corporate Real Estate / Occupier Services. Prior to my current Role as the New Zealand National Director of Corporate Services, I worked for DTZ as the National Director of Property Services, and proir to that I held roles at JLL, AMP and the Ministry of Health.
Kane has over 20 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which includes Westfield Stratford and significant parts of the London 2012 Olympic site. Kane also lead the portfolio due diligence team assisting Colonial First State in their bid for the ING Retail Fund, including assets throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and more recently he was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales board of the RICS. He is a RICS Assessor and currently part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand. In 2011 Kane was invited to become a Fellow of the RICS for his contributions to the Institution and the property profession.
Pete specialises in residential property development and project marketing. Pete is focused on leading the growth and development of the national residential business line through providing diverse and integrated residential property services, enhancing project design and mix to identified target markets, client engagement strategies, branding and positioning, project sales specialist to sell-out projects, fostering and maintaining service excellence.
Jeff's career commenced in chartered accountancy before progressing to financial management roles in a range of diverse industries leading to his appointment as Managing Director of a prominent national real estate group before establishing his own consultancy business. Jeff's association with Colliers commenced in 2007 providing consultancy services to Colliers evaluating and making recommendations to Colliers for new business opportunities. This work led to the re-establishment of the Residential Project Marketing Division in 2008 which has been involved in projects to date with a value of over $1billion. Jeff is responsible for the execution and successful sell down of medium to high density residential projects, liaising with clients, developing products that best meet market needs and driving a team of specialised project sales consultants to achieve targeted sales results that enables construction to commence at the earliest time.

As Colliers International's Director of Marketing Operations, Grant is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team responsible for delivering the industry's best marketing platform, developing and implementing a complete marketing strategy whilst maintaining brand consistency across all media and aligning this to the company business plan. Bringing extensive experience from a range of industries including entertainment, utilities, media and now property, he has a broad understanding of the role marketing plays in driving business performance.
An early adopter of digital technology for marketing, he has worked across a range of digital project implementations on multiple platforms and brings a platform agnostic approach to creating digital marketing solutions.
Auckland Director - Investment Sales
Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residential land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Gareth is also on the Executive Team for Colliers in New Zealand.

I am the National Director for industrial across all of New Zealand based in our South Auckland industrial office.
I specialise in the mid to upper end of the industrial sale and leasing markets. Since joining Colliers in 2004 I have established strong relationships within the industrial market and have worked exclusively for a number of national and multi-national clients.

Jimmy heads the Colliers North Shore team with a "lead from the front" approach. He specialises in both sales and leasing of commercial and Industrial Property, Now in his thirteenth year with Colliers International he is constantly in the top 10 % of Colliers brokers.
A North Shore resident for over 40 years his local network and knowledge is extensive. Having come from a successful background of sales, marketing and manufacturing and a director of his own business for 20 years, Jimmy has built up a vast network of property developers, investors, architects, designers and corporate businesses both retail and commercial. With a broad knowledge as both a tenant and investor in the commercial property market his wide range of skills and extensive network will be an asset to any future clients.

Matt started his commercial leasing working for CBRE Melbourne before returning to New Zealand where he has spent the past nine years building an extensive industry network working for JLL and Colliers International..

With a strong focus on end-to-end leasing solutions focusing on medium to large businesses within the Auckland CBD and city fringe.

After leaving University I spent 3 years at CB Richard Ellis in the South Auckland Leasing/Sales Team where I developed a good understanding of the property market. I took up an internal transfer to CB Richard Ellis' London office where I focussed on Office Leasing.
After 5 great years in London I decided to move home to Auckland. I started at Colliers in October of 2010 in the Office Leasing Team where I intend to use the skills I developed in the UK in the New Zealand market.

With over 13 years of experience and university qualifications in economics, geography, marketing and property. I have a multi-disciplinary approach that assists a broad range of clients and internal stakeholders. I am a regular presenter and market commentator, often discussing the latest insights on current and future property trends. I also work with in-house and external writers to curate an audience-focused content delivery strategy for Colliers.

Chris is a Director within the Strategic Advisory team. The team helps you with your big property decisions and complex transactions.
Chris' advisory work focuses on:
- Decision making processes (eg property strategy, business cases, feasibilities, etc)
- Tenant representation for large lease transactions (office, industrial and specialist-use)
- Multi-site networks (eg consolidation strategies, optimisation, etc)
Chris’ background in brief:
- Property strategy advisor for some of New Zealand’s most successful private sector, public sector and non-for-profit organisations.
- Tenant representative (tenant-paid lease negotiator) for organisations ranging from small-to-medium enterprises through to major listed companies and government agencies.
- Specialist skills in commercial leasing, financial analysis and market research.
- Part-time lecturer at the University of Auckland Business School and commercial leasing trainer for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Chris’ qualifications include Honours degrees in both Civil Engineering and Property from the University of Auckland, and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, UK. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Outside of work, Chris is a combat engineer in the NZ Army Reserve and a keen baker.
