I am a Director within Auckland's most awarded industrial brokerage team based in south Auckland.
Specialising in industrial sales and leasing, I have over 9 years experience operating Auckland's highly competitive industrial market and have forged very strong relationships with both occupiers and investors alike. Earlier on in my career my exclusive focus was on the 'central' industrial areas which comprise of Ellerslie, Penrose, Onehunga, Mt.Wellington and Otahuhu. Although the lionshare of my transactions still occur in these precincts, I continually transact in all of Auckland's major industrial hubs which gives me considerable knowledge and insight into the fundamentals of Auckland's industrial property market.
I am a highly motivated negotiator and adviser who approaches all transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Since commencing brokerage in September 2014, I have been involved in over 160 leasing transactions and 155 sales. My average deal count has averaged above 40 transactions per year for the last 9 years.
In 2018 I was made an Associate Director of Colliers.
In 2022 I was promoted to a Director of Colliers.

Greg specialises in the mid to upper end of the Industrial sale and leasing markets. He joined Colliers International in 2004, coming from a policing background. He quickly established strong relationships within the industrial market and has worked exclusively for the likes of Fisher & Paykel, The Warehouse, Freedom Furniture, Fletchers, NZ Police, NZ Guardian Trust, Goodyear Dunlop NZ Ltd and Mercedes-Benz to name a few.
Greg has been the lead broker on nearly all of the largest transactions in the industrial property market over the last ten years. Greg has completed three of the largest industrial sales ever in the New Zealand market. He is a regular top 10 broker for Colliers across NZ having transacted in excess of $6billion worth of industrial real estate in his time with Colliers.
In 2013, 2019 and 2020 Greg was awarded the Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the Year Award by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and was runner up in 2018. Greg was Colliers International’s top salesperson in New Zealand across all sectors in In 2010, 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Brad joined Colliers International in early 2005, specialising in the selling and leasing of industrial property and land at Auckland International Airport and its surrounding areas. He quickly formed relationships with Goodman, an Australian-based listed trust, Auckland International Airport Limited and numerous other high profile developers, owners and major users.
Brad is consistently a top performer in the Colliers Industrial Team and is a senior broker. Brad has worked for numerous corporations implementing their property strategies. Most notably Downer NZ. He has also completed sales transactions for Z Energy, Plumbing World and McDonalds Restaurants.
Brad has leased more space in the Airport industrial precinct than any other commercial agent.
Josh specialises in the Auckland industrial market, servicing both the leasing and sales. Josh has a particular focus on the East Tamaki, Papakura and Takanini regions where he has formed strong relationships with property owners, buyers and tenants.
Josh has been working in the industrial sector for 10 + years, he was previously a Director and minor shareholder at Knight Frank before joining the Colliers Highbrook team as a Director.

With more than twelve years of experience in the commercial and industrial property sector, Hamish has been involved in a significant number of industrial property projects in Auckland and across New Zealand. During this time he has been responsible for the sale of more than $1.4B worth of industrial assets, in addition to providing leasing and design build solutions totalling more than 660,000m² for a range of major local & international occupiers.

Hamish has proven to be a consistent and highly effective broker and in 2012 & 2015 was awarded with the Colliers National MVP Award for Brokerage Excellence, and 2015 saw him achieve the ranking of 6th highest revenue earner in Colliers nationally.

Specialising in the industrial market as a sales and leasing broker, James took the opportunity to join the most well recognised and awarded industrial brokerage team in Auckland, based at Highbrook, East Tamaki. He has proven very quickly to be an integral and valuable member of this dynamic team. James’s specific focus is on Penrose, Mt Wellington, Otahuhu and Onehunga, where he covers a wide range of sales and leasing transactions with properties that vary in size and value.
James completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and Accounting at Otago University and in his final year, also undertook his Real Estate licence. Without a doubt, his true passion and ambition was realised when he chose a career in property as an industrial broker with Colliers.

In 2022 James was awarded Colliers MVP (Most Valuable Player) for exceptional transactions performance and exceeding targets.

I am married with three young children. I have a diverse professional background including 7 years as a primary school teacher and 9 years in the pharmaceutical industry with both sales and sales management experience.
I am a keen sportsman with ocean swimming and cycling being my current activities.
Paul joined Colliers in 2005 working in Auckland's industrial team specialising in the mid to upper end sales and leasing market. Paul has also spent a couple of years working for Colliers in the Central and Eastern Europe market where he was Director of Poland's Krakow office. In 2010 Paul returned to Auckland to again work in Auckland's industrial market.
