Originally from Denmark, Charlotte made Queenstown home in 2015, bringing with her an extensive background in sales and customer service. Combined with her tertiary education in sales, tourism, marketing and service economics, her skillset allows her to work actively to maintain standards across all properties represented by the company whilst understanding the market drivers that make the tourist town thrive.
