Cherry is a broker who brings over six years’ experience in the property industry.  She focuses on site sales, and has a broad range of skill sets.  Having worked in valuation, brokerage, research and consultancy, she has a clear understanding of how to leverage a property’s best features to ensure a successful outcome for clients.

Cherry is bilingual – fluent in both English and Mandarin.  She has been a direct conduit to the Chinese investment and land banking market and is an asset in assisting Asian investment enquiries.


Cherry has a Bachelor of Property degree and started her career as a graduate valuer at PRP Valuation.  Cherry joined Colliers International in 2007, in the North Shore office, transferring to the Colliers Research team in 2008 as a research analyst.  In this role she was responsible for producing up-to-date property market research materials and presentations.  These skills, along with her links to the Chinese community, have proved invaluable in Cherry’s role as a broker in the Site Sales team.

During her property career, Cherry has developed a reputation for being approachable, meticulous and dependable.  She is proud of her analytical skills and attention to detail.  Using her industry knowledge base, Cherry is prepared to guide clients through smooth sales transactions.
