Elena undertakes the facilities management of multiple commercial and retail properties in Auckland and across New Zealand. Ensuring the properties are properly maintained, compliance and health and safety requirements are strictly adhered to and building performance is managed in a cost-effective manner. She also manages and oversees projects and tasks of a capital nature.

Elena develops and maintains strong professional working relationships with all stakeholders, resolves conflict and manages service agreements.

Elena undertakes duties in a diligent and conscientious manner and maintains a high standard of honesty and integrity in the performance of those duties.

Elena graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property in 2015 and joined Colliers International as a Research Analyst in the Research and Consulting division. As a Research Analyst, Elena assisted in the production of Colliers International’s research publications and bespoke consultancy reports, throughout New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
