Accomplishments

Recent significant transactions include: the $45 million Waitakere Mega Centre; $8 million Forsyth Barr, the biggest ‘as is where is’ sale in New Zealand; $5.4 million Heatherlea land sale; $7.85 million 245 Antigua Street land sale to CDHB; and buyer’s agent for Lyttelton Port for its inland port.
