Helena’s key areas of expertise are in the marketing and sales of large scale, residential and mixed use property development projects.
Helena joined the Colliers International project marketing team in 2015 with a core understanding of property, and a wealth of key project marketing experience gained predominantly in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Colliers International, Helena worked as a member of the in-house sales and marketing team for Frasers Property Australia.
Frasers Property specialises in medium to large scale, high-end, residential and mixed use property development projects. The most notable of which was the AUD$2BN master-planned community, Central Park Sydney, encompassing an entire city block in downtown Sydney. This involved multiple residential stages, a 5 level retail centre and commercial campus.
Before entering the property development industry, Helena obtained a Bachelor of Property at Auckland University. This lent a great base knowledge of all things property related for her experiences abroad in Sydney, London and Hamburg.
Having returned to live in New Zealand, Helena is utilising her knowledge and skills from the international arena to provide specialised project marketing expertise to residential projects in New Zealand with Colliers International.

Nicole is an integral part of the Projects team, within the national marketing team. Having started at Colliers International at the beginning of 2018 in the Residential Projects team, Nicole’s expertise lies in delivering effective marketing campaigns for off-the-plan residential projects. Nicole was instrumental in bringing both the Fraser Avenue and Kotuitui projects to the market and ongoing campaign management,.
Lisa is a commercially-aware marketing professional with exceptional planning and organisational skills; a self-starter with the ability to make sound business decisions and maximise return on investment. She has extensive marketing skills and experience, especially in email marketing.
During university, she wrote extensively for the AUT student magazine Debate and the youth magazine Tearaway. After graduation, she then spent 5 years coordinating then managing an e-commerce website, with buying trips to Australia and China.
She has just returned from two years in London working in the professional membership industry, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
She has 8 and a half years of email marketing experience, creating and sending 470 email campaigns in 2018 alone. She is passionate about database and email marketing best practice and looks forward to improving EDM response for both internal and external clients. She also has wide-ranging experience marketing across the digital space including PPC campaigns, social media, website CMS and display advertising. She particularly enjoys analysing data, testing new ideas and shaking up the status quo.
Marketing & Communications Executive
Hannah is the communications specialist in the marketing team focused on creating content to promote Colliers International's business as well as research and property campaigns. Hannah also manages Colliers' social media campaigns.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2017, Hannah was based in London where she worked for a national UK Charity, managing the communications for a new volunteering project.
