Greg specialises in the mid to upper end of the Industrial sale and leasing markets. He joined Colliers International in 2004, coming from a policing background. He quickly established strong relationships within the industrial market and has worked exclusively for the likes of Fisher & Paykel, The Warehouse, Freedom Furniture, Fletchers, NZ Police, NZ Guardian Trust, Goodyear Dunlop NZ Ltd and Mercedes-Benz to name a few.
Greg has been the lead broker on nearly all of the largest transactions in the industrial property market over the last ten years. Greg has completed three of the largest industrial sales ever in the New Zealand market. He is a regular top 10 broker for Colliers across NZ having transacted in excess of $6billion worth of industrial real estate in his time with Colliers.

Brad joined Colliers International in early 2005, specialising in the selling and leasing of industrial property and land at Auckland International Airport and its surrounding areas. He quickly formed relationships with Goodman, an Australian-based listed trust, Auckland International Airport Limited and numerous other high profile developers, owners and major users.
Brad is consistently a top performer in the Colliers Industrial Team and is a senior broker. Brad has worked for numerous corporations implementing their property strategies. Most notably Downer NZ. He has also completed sales transactions for Z Energy, Plumbing World and McDonalds Restaurants.

Specialising in industrial sales and leasing, I have over 9 years experience operating Auckland's highly competitive industrial market and have forged very strong relationships with both occupiers and investors alike. Earlier on in my career my exclusive focus was on the 'central' industrial areas which comprise of Ellerslie, Penrose, Onehunga, Mt.Wellington and Otahuhu. Paul joined Colliers in 2005 working in Auckland's industrial team specialising in the mid to upper end sales and leasing market. Paul has also spent a couple of years working for Colliers in the Central and Eastern Europe market where he was Director of Poland's Krakow office. In 2010 Paul returned to Auckland to again work in Auckland's industrial market.
I am married with three young children. I have a diverse professional background including 7 years as a primary school teacher and 9 years in the pharmaceutical industry with both sales and sales management experience.

Todd joined Colliers in 2006 and specialises in the sale and leasing of industrial property in the mid to upper end of the market. Todd has developed a broad network encompassing both occupiers and investors and is able to facilitate transactions across all levels of the market, from large corporates to smaller private businesses and investors. This depth of experience combined with Todd’s professionalism has consistently delivered outstanding result for his clients.
In recent years Todd has been exclusively engaged by major local and international businesses including the likes of Mazda, Bridgestone and Fletcher Building to name a few. Prior to joining Colliers, Todd came from an extensive property and construction background spanning over 15 years in Auckland and the UK. I joined Colliers International in September 2010 as an executive assistant to the industrial team after plying my trade in the building industry. As an EA, I was involved in a wide range of projects throughout the south and central Auckland market and developed a thorough understanding of property marketing and also of the south and central Auckland industrial market.
Moving into brokerage in 2011, I now specialise in the Airport/Manukau/Papakura industrial areas in both the sales and leasing market. During my time in the market I have been involved in many Transactions both big and small which has built many strong relationships with Developers, Investors and Tenants.
Dhiru began his early career as a Tax Consultant for KPMG Tax & Advisory services, following a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. After two years at KPMG he returned to the University of Auckland to complete a Bachelor of Property and Valuation, where he found his real passion in property.
After a brief stint at Goodwin Property Management, he started with Colliers International in late 2011 as the Industrial Information and Systems Manager for the Highbrook-based Industrial division. In 2012 he we went on to be awarded the Colliers MVP for Team Support, for his work assisting the brokerage team in Highbrook.
In early 2014, Dhiru became an Industrial Sales and Leasing Broker; the position he currently occupies today. I started with Colliers in March 2015 as an Executive Assistant to the Highbrook Industrial team. My role as EA entailed administrative support to a team of 16 brokers. In July 2021, I was promoted to the role of Office Manager. In this role I am responisible for the day-to-day operations of the Highbrook office, along with providing administrative support to the team of now 18 brokers. A large part of my role involves coordinating campaigns, in particular the large-scale industrial campaigns.
My role requires me to regularly deal directly with a number of stakeholders, including large corporate clients.
Hannah joined Collies in 2021 as an Executive Assistant to the Highbrook Industrial team. An integral role in the delivery of service excellence to clients through maintaining accurate information and data systems, providing timely information in support of our strong and successful industrial brokerage team, as well as sound knowledge of running campaigns and is responsible for general administration duties.
