It was not just Colliers reputation but in fact the “A Team” of Josh, Hamish and Jack that came highly recommended to me from a life-long business associate.
From our very first meeting I gained total confidence in their professionalism, embracing both the insight provided and the direction they suggested. To optimise the leaseback opportunity presented , while embracing Reoco’s 20 year history, Colliers collective advice over all key components was invaluable. The strategic drafting of my own Lease document that incorporated an investors perspective was instrumental in achieving a mutually beneficial document for both parties.
Obviously, I was extremely pleased with the final outcome and would highly recommend Colliers to anyone dealing in the commercial market.

I would like to thank the team of Joshua, Josh, Ash, Dhiru and auctioneer Robert. From consultation, to marketing and the auction itself, the experience was made easy. Throughout the process, the Colliers team were professional, knowledgeable, and helped me to navigate my first experience of selling a commercial property. Besides the nerves of the auction itself, I found the whole process uncomplicated and painless and look forward to my next property sale with the Colliers Team.

My Team
I am a Director within Auckland's most awarded industrial brokerage team based in south Auckland.
Specialising in industrial sales and leasing, I have over 9 years experience operating Auckland's highly competitive industrial market and have forged very strong relationships with both occupiers and investors alike. Earlier on in my career my exclusive focus was on the 'central' industrial areas which comprise of Ellerslie, Penrose, Onehunga, Mt.Wellington and Otahuhu. Although the lionshare of my transactions still occur in these precincts, I continually transact in all of Auckland's major industrial hubs which gives me considerable knowledge and insight into the fundamentals of Auckland's industrial property market.
I am a highly motivated negotiator and adviser who approaches all transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Since commencing brokerage in September 2014, I have been involved in over 160 leasing transactions and 155 sales. My average deal count has averaged above 40 transactions per year for the last 9 years.
In 2018 I was made an Associate Director of Colliers.
In 2022 I was promoted to a Director of Colliers.
As of June 2023;
Total sales transactions - 155
Total sales value - $520,000,000
