Rachel joined Colliers in 2017 with 25 years (and counting!) of property industry experience in Auckland, Wellington and Tauranga.
Rachel offers her clients a strong background in all facets of real estate having worked in a wide spectrum of property roles for retailers, landlords and developers. Roles include; Portfolio Leasing National Bank including both new branch rollout and CBD rationtionalisation, CBD high rise property and portfolio management for listed property vehicle, shopping centre leasing, industrial land subdivision and sales.
Rachel has unrivalled experience in the Tauriko Business Estate precinct having worked 10 years for the developer of the estate. Rachel is proud of her association with the Tauriko Business Estate project and the growth this has enabled the Tauranga region and its businesses.

Rachel’s interest in the property industry started young as a fierce family competitor around the Monopoly board as a child and then completing a Bachelor of Business Studies Majoring in Valuation and Property Management from Massey University then a Masters in Property Studies from Lincoln University.
Out of the office Rachel is a mum to 3 very active boys (one has a keen eye for Monopoly) and is an avid (although not entirely successful) game fisher.

With my experience, I have established myself in motel broking and business/property sales around the Bay of Plenty and Waikato region. After nearly five years with Colliers International in the Auckland CBD Office, Claire has recently made the move south to Mount Maunganui to join the Colliers team in Tauranga.
Claire has extensive project marketing experience having worked on boutique developments with 30 homes to large developments with 240 homes and multiple stages. Having a passion for detail, Claire enjoys the technical nature of the project marketing process, including learning and communicating to clients the important details of the project from the interior finishes to building specifications and details. She also enjoys working with a professional team that includes architects, developers, project managers and interior designers as well as developing a relationship with each client and finding a perfect match for their needs.
Before starting in Real Estate, Claire worked in the financial services and insurance industries in Marketing Communications with a focus on digital development projects. She also spent seven years working in luxury tourism and hospitality in Europe and The USA on superyachts, where she quickly moved into management roles. These experiences provide a strong base of marketing and customer relationship skills.
Bringing extensive Project Marketing expertise to the Tauranga office, Claire continues to work with local residential projects. She is also working on customer relationships starting with the implementation of a new CRM system.
