I lead a property and facilities team that manages a portfolio of 1,100 residential properties throughout New Zealand.
I have thirteen years experience working for commercial property firms, corporate tenants and government organisations managing property portfolios and major property projects. Organisations I have worked with in New Zealand include Ministry of Education, Inland Revenue, Vodafone, NZ Post, Kiwibank, NZTA, BNZ and Land Information New Zealand. I also spent two years in London working in the property team at BPP University.
I am very enthusiastic about utilising technology solutions and business processes manage property. I have experience implementing, administering and providing training for property management systems with full accounting functionality.
- Won the 2017 Corporate Solutions Collaborator Award in recognition of my ability to build collaborative working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Negotiated leases and supervised fitout of eight separate offices in Wellington to provide temporary accommodation for over 1,000 staff following the November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake
- Managed the site acquisition and $3.2m fitout project for a large regional office and teaching facility incorporating innovative facilities and technology
- Successfully managed the transition of data for 660 properties from four separate systems in one month to meet a deadline for over $4m in monthly rental payments

I started in the Property Industry in 2017 when I took on a property management role within Corporate Solutions. I stayed in this postion for eight months when the opportuinty for a Residential Property Management role opened in late 2017 when the LINZ residential contract was formed. This position had me managing approximatly 350 houses in the Manawatu/ Wanganui, Wellington and the entire South Island. In July 2019 this area expanded to include the Taranaki district bringing the total number of properties I manage to 400. I have experience in leases and licences but my main area of knowledge is in the Residential sector.
As a Facilities Manager within the Corporate Solutions team in Auckland, Luke manages a range of complex projects and oversees both planned and reactive maintenance for a nationwide portfolio.
His experience from his current role, coupled with previous experience as a property manager and degrees in both Economics and Psychology, ensures Luke has a broad knowledge base to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to his clients.
William has graduated with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland at the end of 2018. Recently started working for Colliers in mid-2019 as a Residential Property Manager, under the corporate solutions team based in Wellington.
William will be managing the Ministry of Education and Land Information New Zealand Auckland residental portfolio. He is also managing the Auckland Housing Village based in Paremoremo and the New Ground Living Townhouses/apartments.

I started in the Property Industry in 2017 when I took on a role on the Helpdesk within Corporate Solutions and provided Facilities Maintenance management for multiple comercial and residential clients. After 10 months I put my hand up for a Property Manager position on the LINZ Residential portfolio managing aprox. 350 houses across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne regions, and as of July 2019 this has grown to include the Hawkes Bay, and total number of propeties to just short of 400. My knowledge of Property Management is purely in a Residential environment but I am always willing to take up a new challenge!
