Colliers International in Richmond forms part of our national rural and agribusiness valuation and advisory division. The team specialise in forestry and land valuation as well as  providing a full suite of rural and agribusiness valuation and advisory services across horticulture, pastoral land, infrastructure, compensation, water and irrigation, specialised assets, post-farm gate infrastructure, litigation support, expert witness, and arbitration.

 

With several experienced forestry land valuers on the team and a Registered Forestry consultant we are one of the few valuation firms in the country that can offer integrated forestry land and tree crop valuations, from individual assets to large-scale portfolio projects with various land uses.

 

Our national Rural Valuations team were the first valuation practice to get accredited under PIQA Property Industry Quality Assurance programme.
