Experienced valuers Marius Ogg and Scott Ansley join Colliers
Colliers International is proud to announce two new strategic appointments to its Christchurch Valuations team, who will add to the strong senior team down south.
Marius Ogg (pictured) and Scott Ansley have been appointed to new leadership roles as Director and Associate Director of the Christchurch Valuations team, respectively.
Colliers International New Zealand Chief Executive Mark Synnott says the team’s new structure will strengthen and future-proof the Christchurch leadership team.
“Marius and Scott bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having worked in the Christchurch commercial property market for many years, both before and after the earthquakes,” he says.
Colliers International National Director of Valuations, Kane Sweetman, expressed his enthusiasm, saying the two appointments would be instrumental to the team’s growth in the Christchurch valuation space.
“I’m thrilled to have a dynamic new leadership team in place, and I look forward to working with Marius and Scott as we continue to expand and add value to our Valuation and Advisory capabilities.”
Ogg takes on his new role as head of Christchurch Valuations at a Director level, and will look to lead and grow the current team.
He has historically been involved in a wide range of valuation assignments around New Zealand, and has worked in the Christchurch area since 2003.
In 2011, Ogg was appointed by the Crown as a member of an expert valuers’ panel to assist with resolving Red-Zoned property disputes following the Christchurch earthquakes.
Ansley will work alongside Ogg as Associate Director of the team. He brings with him over 15 years of industry experience and has been actively involved in compensation valuations for dispossessed owners in the CERA/CCDU central city land acquisition program.
