The warehouse is made up of two bays with a single row of columns the only separation. Bay 1 has a stud height of 7m at the knee and Bay 2 has a stud height of 10m at the knee.
Bay 1 is accessed via three roller doors and has a 3.2 tonne Baker Crane gantry crane in-situ and Bay 2 has two 3.2 tonne gantry cranes installed.
There is a large sealed yard off the warehouse with two egress point along with a separate area for staff parking situated to the eastern edge of the property.
A small two level office area is situated inside the warehouse, this includes four partitioned offices and toilet facilities. A separate lunchroom with amenities is positioned on the eastern corner of the warehouse adjacent to the staff parking area.
