Kerry is an experienced development professional with proven success in development management, client-side project management, planning, negotiation and land & infrastructure development. He has 15 years’ experience as a Development and Project Manager, responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing a variety of development projects through all stages of the project life cycle, from delivering major complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, to design and construction and finally the asset handover to the end client. He has completed projects across all sectors including commercial building refurbishments, office, food and beverage, retail, early learning centres, industrial and infrastructure.
As Director of Project Leaders at Colliers International, Kerry takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
Liam began his career as a building surveyor before transitioning into Project Management where he uses his building construction knowledge to enhance project delivery. Liam understands the requirements of commercial property owners and uses this knowledge to accomplish the client’s objectives and exceed expectations.
Liam is a proactive and effective team member who enjoys working across a variety of projects and property types. He builds lasting relationships with project stakeholders through strong communication and attention to detail to help ensure the project’s success.
Liam is an invaluable addition to any project team with especially strong skills in: tailoring scope of works briefs, analysing tender submissions, preparation of contracts, and defect and site inspections.

Project Management included commercial office fitout and refurbishment including the strip out of the existing fitout, full upgrades to the services, construction of new partition walls, joinery, floor finishes, wall treatments, coordination of client procured workstations and loose furniture.
Colliers International Project Leaders assisted with all relevant local council approvals and permits required, implementation of seismic bracing systems, as well as in-house interior design services.

Project management involved the delivery of two low rise apartment buildings through the extensive experience of TLC Modular in volumetric pre-fabrication for the delivery of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It is proposed to use an integrated design approach to maximise the outdoor experience for all residences and create a community feeling.
