Richard leads Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team. The team comprises nearly 160 employees across the country. Richard has 20 over years’ experience in the property industry.
Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, predominantly retail with some commercial properties.
He is actively involved in project leasing, retail consultancy and development opportunities, and leads the strategic positioning of assets to maximise value to owners.
Richard joined Colliers following 12 years at Kiwi Property Group, where he held various leasing and management roles.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, redevelopment and strategic planning.
Richard consults across a wide variety of clients including listed property trusts, private clients, off-shore funds and syndicates.

John joined Colliers International in January 2017 after spending over 10 years in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Colliers, John spent 8 years at BNZ where he was a Partner in the Property Finance team. This involved managing a Senior Property Finance portfolio with heavy involvement in various Commercial investment and development property transactions through-out New Zealand.
John leads the Auckland Commercial Real Estate Management team for Colliers. The team provides core property management services as well as Strategic Asset management consultancy with a specific focus on identifying ways to maximise the value of an asset but furthermore identifying additional income streams for their clients.

Simone Bishop is a senior marketing professional with proven ability and specialised expertise in brand development, marketing strategy, customer led experiential marketing and event management.
With over 20 years experience in the property and shopping centre industry, she has been successful in inspiring teams to deliver strategically sound, innovative marketing solutions which have effectively lifted customer traffic and sales and exceeded centre objectives and client expectations.

I am self motivated and results driven with a property career spanning 15 years across commercial, industrial and retail property in both Australia and New Zealand.
I possess a significant record of achievement in strategic asset management, lease negotiation, tenant retention, makegood negotiation, property divestment and acquisition and have worked on flagship projects which have received numerous awards and national industry recognition.
In 2018 I was awarded the Colliers International CEO's Award and nominated Most Valuable Person for Asset Management within Real Estate Management at Colliers.
I am fortunate to have experienced repeat clients and internal promotion throughout my property career.

Previously worked in the U.K for 4 years managing predominately Central London assets for large institutional investors.
