Prior to his move into commercial property, Geoff had a successful expatriate career, as a Senior Marketing Manager and Executive Director, in the fast moving consumer goods category and GSM network providers across South East Asia, Australia and Africa.
Investment sales, commercial leasing and hospitality properties are Geoff’s area of focus and expertise, with a string of successful campaigns mounted through 2015, including significant sales in Richmond and CBD Nelson

Born in Hawkes Bay, Stuart (Stu) originally trained as a stock and station agent, he managed travel agencies for eight years and then travelled overseas. Once back in New Zealand he worked in wholesale, retail and corporate travel before following his passion for marketing, studying business administration at Victoria University while working in media sales.
For the past eight years, he continues to operate a business consultancy for the optics and ophthalmic industry which is where he developed a passion for business brokering having facilitated the sale of dozens of optometry practices across the country.
In 2017 Stuart (Stu) joined the Colliers Commercial team as a Business Broker to expand his portfolio and focus more on the Nelson Tasman region.
Outside of work Stuart (Stu) enjoys the adventure that is called parenting, fine art, tramping, motorcycling and near any other sport, he is also a prolific reader.
Stuart is also the managing director of Showcase Nelson, who are looking to bring international concerts to the region.
