Colliers in Richmond forms part of our national rural and agribusiness valuation and advisory division. The team specialise in forestry and land valuation as well as  providing a full suite of rural and agribusiness valuation and advisory services across horticulture, pastoral land, infrastructure, compensation, water and irrigation, specialised assets, post-farm gate infrastructure, litigation support, expert witness and arbitration.

 

With several experienced forestry land valuers on the team and a registered forestry consultant we are one of the few valuation firms in the country that can offer integrated forestry land and tree crop valuations, from individual assets to large scale portfolio projects with various land uses. Our national Rural Property Valuations team were the first valuation practice to get accredited under Property Industry Quality Assurance (PIQA) programme.
