Auckland Director - Investment Sales
Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residential land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Gareth is also on the Executive Team for Colliers in New Zealand.
With an extensive background in many real estate markets spanning London, Hong Kong, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland, I bring a wealth of experience to Colliers International in client management and delivering 5 star customer service.
Charlie specializes in both the sale of commercial, retail and industrial property as well as Syndication sell downs on behalf of clients. He is one of the leading sales brokers promoting the Auction Business.
Tony joined Colliers International as senior property manager for the Auckland Property Management Division in 1996. From National Manager of Property Management 2000-2004, Tony joined the Commercial Sales team in 2004.
He specialises in investment sales in the Auckland CBD and fringe works closely with private clients and corporates alike. He has expertise in selling add value properties and development sites.
Kris is an Associate Director in Colliers' central Auckland Investment Sales & Syndication divisions. He has worked professionally in the commercial property industry since 2005 first as a commercial property solicitor in Auckland and Wellington and since 2012 as a broker with Colliers International.
Kris specialises in the sale of commercial assets and development sites Auckland city's central commercial areas. He is also part of Colliers’ Syndication division which acts on behlaf of syndication clients raising equity from private investors to acquire large investment and institutional-grade assets.
Senior expertise in Commercial Property Sales and Leasing in central and city fringe Auckland. Completed over $500 million+ sales transactions over the previous 9 years since joining in early 2010 with a focus on investment properties, mixed-use developments, redevelopment sites comprising under-utilised improvements, land sales and office, retail and warehouse leasing.
BBS Degree (Massey University) majoring in Real Estate; 10 years of business development experience in the FMCG sector and previous role as a property manager at Jonmer Projects providing a comprehensive understanding of key drivers in both general business and the property market, together with the added benefit of an appreciation of client liaison & needs.

David is an Associate Director in the Investment Sales team in Auckland, specialising in the sale and lease of commercial property in Auckland. Since joining Colliers David has been involved in a number of high profile transactions in the CBD and city fringe. Whilst David offers a broad range of services, his areas of expertise focus on the sale and acquisition of investment properties (office, retail or industrial), the re-positioning and refurbishment of under-utilised buildings, commercial developments and land sales.
Prior to joining Colliers, David earned a law and politics degree from the University of Otago and had 10 years professional experience as an investment banker, financial consultant and commercial lawyer. David's broad professional experience gives him a strong commercial understanding and a highly beneficial insight into the mindset of how vendors and purchasers operate. Gawan’s Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelors of Property from University of Auckland have equipped him with the technical expertise required to identify the benefits and risks associated with each property and provide reliable and professional advice to his clients. He goes to length to ensure his clients have access to all the relevant information and are able to overcome challenges with his advice, before making a final decision.

Matt is an Investment Sales Broker with a focus on the Auckland CBD and city fringe areas.
Prior to joining Colliers, Matt attained a BCom from Otago University, majoring in Finance and Management, then moving on to spend more than 6 years in the insurance industry. Matt worked for QBE Insurance as an Assistant Underwriter of Commercial Property and then OnePath Life before establishing his own business, Plowman Wealth Protection. Over the course of three successful years of advisory and brokerage within his business specialising in life and disability insurance, Matt honed his sales and negotiation skills which he now applies to his role in commercial real estate.

Logan forms part of the Auckland CBD Investment Sales Team at Colliers International. Prior to Joining Colliers, Logan completed a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland swiftly moving into the role of Business Development Manager for New Zealand’s largest specialised waste & recycling equipment supplier. Utilising the skills obtained from this role, Logan now applies this knowledge to his strong interest of commercial real estate.
