Grant graduated from Massey University with a double major degree in Valuation and Property Management. He is also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
Working in real estate since 1989, Grant has seen it all. He has experienced every type of property cycle, and no matter what the market, is successful in all of them. A qualified auctioneer, Grant has regularly achieved national awards for marketing and sales results.
In 2004 he was asked to set-up a Ray White Commercial franchise in Palmerston North and quickly became recognized as a leading commercial broker in the city.

In 2013, Grant became a director in the business along with his fellow brokers, Doug Russell and Phil Nevill and Richard Findlay, owner of Colliers Wellington and Nelson.
Doug has an extensive background in Sales, Marketing and General Management, having worked with some of the well-known brands throughout New Zealand. Sealy Posturepedic, Bendon, Bedpost and Steelfort to name a few. Doug has been Colliers International since 2010. In 2013, he became a director in the business along with his fellow brokers, Grant Lloyd, Phil Nevill and Richard Findlay, owner of Colliers Wellington and Nelson.
Phil has worked as a commercial broker in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. During this time Phil has worked on numerous significant developments, investment projects and leasing negotiations.
Phil joined Colliers International in 2005 helping establish a new branch in Palmerston North. In 2013, Phil became a director in the business along with his fellow brokers, Doug Russell and Grant Lloyd and Richard Findlay, owner of Colliers Wellington and Nelson.

Janine’s background is in selling residential and lifestyle property in the Warkworth and Mahurangi Peninsula however Janine moved to the Manawatu over 10 years ago for schooling opportunities for her children and now considers it home. “The Manawatu has so much to offer in lifestyle, community involvement and the commercial environment”.
In the last four years Janine has been with a local real estate company where for the first three years was in the Property Management division and then in the last year transferred to the commercial sector and has not looked back.
Janine is now the newest member of the Colliers International Palmerston North team and is optimistic at the prospect of where the future will lead her to. “I see the region moving forward in the next decade and am excited to be part of the future progress of Manawatu.
