Specialising in commercial leasing and investment sales with an emphasis on retail property, she’s the broker of choice for tenants, investors, property owners and developers.
Joining Queenstown’s Colliers office in 2010, Mary-Jo works closely with tenants, landlords and developers. Operating in the wider Southern-Lakes region including Queenstown and Wanaka, her attention to detail and intelligent, no-nonsense approach to doing business has created trust-based relationships that endure. Known for her integrity and results, Mary-Jo has a comprehensive understanding of the market combined with a broad national and international network, adding real value for clients.
Luke is a Commercial Broker with a focus on sales and leasing in the Queenstown Lakes, Central Otago and Southland areas. Understanding business from the inside out gives him unique perspective and unrivalled insight into the factors underpinning corporate success. Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics, Luke spent time working for large corporations across New York, Sydney and Auckland before seeing Queenstown’s burgeoning commercial property market and returning home to Southern New Zealand.
Utilising a solutions-based approach to commercial sales and leasing, Luke’s driven to implement outside-the-box thinking to assist clients. Diligent and committed, his financial background and analytical mind help unlock the potential in property.
