I’m Chris Meban and I have 30 plus years of rural experience..
I am a 5th generation farmer who had run the 2,300 ha family dry stock farm, running 20,000 stock units.
I started my working life shepherding on large East Coast sheep and cattle stations before completing a Diploma of Agriculture at Massey University.
In 2008 I moved to Rotorua due to its centrality & outdoor environment that my family & I are so passionate about.
We live on a 55ha lifestyle farm in Hamurana running sheep and cattle.
I have many interests outside of work – hunting, fishing to name a few.
It is my interest in the farming scene and the rural community has led me to the challenge of rural Real Estate.
To me real estate is about achieving the best possible result for my clients and ensuring that the process is a positive one. Creating a marketing plan that will target the right buyers and gain as much attention along with consistent and timely communication with everyone involved
I know my market, and have great communication skills and I have a solid track record of sales over many suburbs and all price ranges.
I understand the target audience for each property I offer so I can quickly identify the most effective way to reach those intended buyers.
