In 1994 Mark was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Colliers in New Zealand. Since then, he has grown the Colliers team in New Zealand from 65 to 650 staff.

Bruce joined Colliers in 2002, working as a sales broker in the Auckland investment sales team. In 2005 he was appointed General Manager-Operations. As Colliers International's Auckland managing director, Charles holds a strategic role responsible for the entire client service experience, the growth strategies and the profitability of the total Auckland business. Charles is also a key member of Colliers International's New Zealand board of directors and sits on the Australasian senior leadership team.
Colliers International's Auckland business is the strongest commercial real estate services player in the market and employs over 260 professionals in four offices across the city.
Charles is also responsible for growing Colliers' market share across its various service lines and charged with developing Colliers’ Auckland business as a ‘best practice’ model for the company’s 20 nationwide offices.
He is also responsible for people management across the Auckland offices, including leadership and direction, recruitment, mentoring, skills development and succession planning; as well as implementing and developing new business lines.

Alan has overall responsibility for Strategic Advisory for Colliers International in New Zealand.
He advises a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Clients include Auckland Council,, Massey University, Kiwi Property, Ngai Tahu Property, Ngati Whatua Orakei, Ngati Whatua o Kaipara, NZ Super, and various departments of the New Zealand government including Police, MBIE, Ministry of Justice, and Kainga Ora.
Ashley is a Human Resources professional, Change Manager and Strengths Profile Practitioner. Ashley has over 5 years' experience as a people leader and trainer across the Property, Aviation, Telecommunications, and Fashion industries in Australia and New Zealand.

Peter Herdson

In 1993 Peter returned to New Zealand from the United Kingdom with several years’ experience in property management and development. During this time, he worked for Vanson Developments (Richard Branson´s property development company) for two years, and in investment and management for Fuller Peiser (Rolls Royce and Vickers Pension Funds). Upon his return to New Zealand, Peter joined Colliers International (NZ) Limited, where he has been ever since.
Peter now leads the Colliers International Capital Markets division, based in the Auckland CBD. The team is proud to have established a new approach to collaborative working within their division, a first the New Zealand marketplace.

I am the National Director for industrial across all of New Zealand based in our South Auckland industrial office.
I specialise in the mid to upper end of the industrial sale and leasing markets. Since joining Colliers in 2004 I have established strong relationships within the industrial market and have worked exclusively for a number of national and multi-national clients.
Kane has over 20 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which includes Westfield Stratford and significant parts of the London 2012 Olympic site. Kane also lead the portfolio due diligence team assisting Colonial First State in their bid for the ING Retail Fund, including assets throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and more recently he was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales board of the RICS. He is a RICS Assessor and currently part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand. In 2011 Kane was invited to become a Fellow of the RICS for his contributions to the Institution and the property profession.

Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residential land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Gareth is also on the Executive Team for Colliers in New Zealand.

My career has focussed on the the field of Corporate Real Estate / Occupier Services. Prior to my current Role as the New Zealand National Director of Corporate Services, I worked for DTZ as the National Director of Property Services, and proir to that I held roles at JLL, AMP and the Ministry of Health.
As Colliers International's Director of Marketing Operations, Grant is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team responsible for delivering the industry's best marketing platform, developing and implementing a complete marketing strategy whilst maintaining brand consistency across all media and aligning this to the company business plan. Bringing extensive experience from a range of industries including entertainment, utilities, media and now property, he has a broad understanding of the role marketing plays in driving business performance.
An early adopter of digital technology for marketing, he has worked across a range of digital project implementations on multiple platforms and brings a platform agnostic approach to creating digital marketing solutions.
Ravi joined Colliers in 2011 after working in analyst and accounting roles in various large Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T) companies. He is currently responsible for all operational aspects of the NZ Finance function such as managing cash flows, Financial Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, Offshore Shareholder Reporting, External Audit and Statutory Reporting.
Kerry is an experienced development professional with proven success in development management, client-side project management, planning, negotiation and land & infrastructure development. He has 15 years’ experience as a Development and Project Manager, responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing a variety of development projects through all stages of the project life cycle, from delivering major complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, to design and construction and finally the asset handover to the end client. He has completed projects across all sectors including commercial building refurbishments, office, food and beverage, retail, early learning centres, industrial and infrastructure.
As Director of Project Leaders at Colliers International, Kerry takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
