Shiona Dyer has been involved with commercial real estate since early 2003 with a more recent transition into the

After completing a Diploma in Agricultural Business, Hadley started work in the stock and station industry based in the Bay of Plenty. Growing up in Central Hawke’s Bay on family farms in Tikokino and Argyll East, James started his career in advertising, working as a creative and marketing strategist for global agencies in Wellington, Auckland and Melbourne.
The natural pull of home and the craving for the outdoors brought James back to Hawke’s Bay in 2010 to embark on a career as a horse trainer. Focusing on buying and selling thoroughbreds into Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong markets, James' skills in negotiation and closing deals came to the fore. Calum Ironside is an Industrial Broker at Colliers International. He has recently joined Hawkes Bays high performing Colliers team, where he will be specialising in Industrial Sales and Leasing.
Calum grew up in Hawke’s Bay and completed his schooling here before heading south to become Tertiary qualified in Economics and Accounting at Otago University, and then completing a Graduate Diploma in Oenology and Viticulture.
