Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager at Colliers International I have three key focus areas.
The first is to mine our internal systems for information that can support brokers in their pursuit of new business. The second is to undertake research projects, prepare reports and present analytics that provide insight into the company’s position within the marketplace. The third is to coach both brokers and administrative staff in how to best interact with our systems to extract useful information and achieve meaningful client engagement on a day to day basis.
The overarching objective of my role is to drive value from the operating systems that Colliers has invested into and to support wider group adoption resulting in more success for brokers and the business.
I work to build software knowledge across the organisation and drive systems optimization, in turn supporting a strong administrative and IT platform that underpins fee income growth for brokers.
