Peter's career started with Colliers International in 1992, shortly after the company commenced trading in New Zealand. Over the intervening years Peter has been responsible for the full range of financial services required and has helped navigate the company support functions through sustained periods of growth and change.
Accounting Profession started in the Philippines for almost 14 years. Migrated in New Zealand and has been doing Accounts Payable for 7 years plus exposure in MYOB Payroll process and Accounts Receivable back-up.
Bruce joined Colliers in 2002, working as a sales broker in the Auckland investment sales team. In 2005 he was appointed General Manager-Operations. Bruce is a chartered surveyor with over 35 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including agency, property development and real estate management.

As Director of Administration, Nicola is responsible for the administration and team support roles across the Auckland business. In addition, Nicola provides executive support to Mark Synnott, the NZ CEO and Charles Cooper, the Auckland Managing Director and to the wider executive management team
Emily advises and coordinates people services for team members across New Zealand, from recruitment through to offboarding.
Prior to Colliers, she gained experience in recruitment and marketing in the tech industry in Berlin and Wellington.
As Colliers International's Auckland managing director, Charles holds a strategic role responsible for the entire client service experience, the growth strategies and the profitability of the total Auckland business. Charles is also a key member of Colliers International's New Zealand board of directors and sits on the Australasian senior leadership team.
Colliers International's Auckland business is the strongest commercial real estate services player in the market and employs over 260 professionals in four offices across the city.
Charles is also responsible for growing Colliers' market share across its various service lines and charged with developing Colliers’ Auckland business as a ‘best practice’ model for the company’s 20 nationwide offices.
He is also responsible for people management across the Auckland offices, including leadership and direction, recruitment, mentoring, skills development and succession planning; as well as implementing and developing new business lines.
Richard leads Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team. The team comprises nearly 160 employees across the country. Richard has 20 over years’ experience in the property industry.
Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, both retail and commercial properties.
He is actively involved in project leasing, retail consultancy and development opportunities, and leads the strategic positioning of assets to maximise value to owners.
Richard joined Colliers in 2013 following 12 years at Kiwi Property Group, where he held various leasing and management roles.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, redevelopment and strategic planning.
Richard consults across a wide variety of clients including listed property trusts, private clients, off-shore funds and syndicates.
Kane has over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which included Westfield Stratford and the surrounds. Kane specialised in retail valuations while in Sydney and valued some of Australia’s largest Shopping Centres. Since returning to New Zealand in 2012, he has focused on Auckland’s CBD Office market along with mixed use and residential development valuations.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales RICS board between 2009 and 2011. He is a RICS Assessor and has been part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand between 2014 and 2020. In 2011 Kane was invited to become a Fellow of the RICS for his contributions to the Institution and the property profession. He is currently a member of the PCNZ National Advisory Group.
Pete specialises in residential property development and project marketing. Pete is focused on leading the growth and development of the national residential business line through providing diverse and integrated residential property services, enhancing project design and mix to identified target markets, client engagement strategies, branding and positioning, project sales specialist to sell-out projects, fostering and maintaining service excellence.
Jeff's career commenced in chartered accountancy before progressing to financial management roles in a range of diverse industries leading to his appointment as Managing Director of a prominent national real estate group before establishing his own consultancy business. Jeff's association with Colliers commenced in 2007 providing consultancy services to Colliers evaluating and making recommendations to Colliers for new business opportunities. This work led to the re-establishment of the Residential Project Marketing Division in 2008 which has been involved in projects to date with a value of over $1billion. Jeff is responsible for the execution and successful sell down of medium to high density residential projects, liaising with clients, developing products that best meet market needs and driving a team of specialised project sales consultants to achieve targeted sales results that enables construction to commence at the earliest time.
Jeff continues to act as an independent member on advisory boards utilising the breadth of knowledge and experience gained across his diverse work experience. As Director | Marketing for Colliers in New Zealand, Grant Torrie is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team responsible for delivering the industry's best marketing platform, developing and implementing a complete marketing strategy whilst maintaining brand consistency across all media and aligning this to the company business plan. Bringing extensive experience from a range of industries including entertainment, utilities, media and now property, he has a broad understanding of the role marketing plays in driving business performance.
An early adopter of digital technology for marketing, he has worked across a range of digital project implementations on multiple platforms and brings a platform-agnostic approach to creating digital marketing solutions. This includes experience at implementing and driving adoption of marketing automation technology, change management and best practice.
With more than 15 years' experience up to executive level working for New Zealand's largest media companies, he has a deep an extensive understanding of planning and executing media plans across both traditional and digital media.

Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residential land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Gareth is also on the Executive Team for Colliers in New Zealand.
Greg specialises in the mid to upper end of the Industrial sale and leasing markets. He joined Colliers International in 2004, coming from a policing background. He quickly established strong relationships within the industrial market and has worked exclusively for the likes of Fisher & Paykel, The Warehouse, Freedom Furniture, Fletchers, NZ Police, NZ Guardian Trust, Goodyear Dunlop NZ Ltd and Mercedes-Benz to name a few.
Greg has been the lead broker on nearly all of the largest transactions in the industrial property market over the last ten years. Greg has completed three of the largest industrial sales ever in the New Zealand market. He is a regular top 10 broker for Colliers across NZ having transacted in excess of $6billion worth of industrial real estate in his time with Colliers.
In 2013, 2019 and 2020 Greg was awarded the Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the Year Award by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and was runner up in 2018. Greg was Colliers International’s top salesperson in New Zealand across all sectors in In 2010, 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Jimmy heads the Colliers North Shore team with a "lead from the front" approach. He specialises in both sales and leasing of commercial and Industrial Property, Now in his thirteenth year with Colliers International he is constantly in the top 10 % of Colliers brokers.
A North Shore resident for over 40 years his local network and knowledge is extensive. As Director of Office Leasing, Sam leads the Auckland CBD team of 12 brokers and support staff to connect tenants with the very best spaces for lease across the CBD and city fringe. Sam has over 20 years of commercial property experience with ten years at Colliers International and five years leading the Auckland CBD leasing team. Sam has a thorough understanding of the Auckland office market and has developed strong relationships with some of the city’s largest office owners and occupiers.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2010, Sam worked in the South Auckland leasing and sales market before taking up an international transfer to work in London in the West End Office market. Sam spent six years in London specialising in office leasing, acting for both tenants and landlords.
Sam now specialises in Auckland CBD leasing and has been instrumental in some of the largest deals in the city. Most recently the leasing of the brand-new, PWC Tower at Commercial Bay, acting for Fidelity Life with their relocation to 136 Fanshawe Street and stay put negotiations for The Australian Consulate, Morgan Coakle and Haigh Lyon.

As the head of research for Colliers, Chris oversees the collaboration and delivery of award-winning research reports. He is a regular presenter and market commentator, often discussing the latest insights on current and future property trends.
Chris also leads PR and communications for Colliers. He works with in-house and external writers to curate an audience-focused content delivery strategy.
With over 15 years of experience and university qualifications in economics, geography, marketing and property, Chris provides a multi-disciplinary approach that assists a broad range of clients and internal stakeholders.
