Gerard has solid knowledge and experience in management, leasing, redevelopment and strategic planning.
At KIPT, Gerard was part of the Centre Management and project team responsible for delivering the recently redeveloped Centre Place, Hamilton.
More recently, his role with DNZ Property Fund saw him managing the fund's retail assets in Johnsonville, Wellington and being involved with the strategic planning of the proposed redevelopment of that site.

Florence started out her career as a CAD technician at City Landmark Associated Limited (UK) where she worked on several design and drafting projects. She went on to practice architecture at Studio 360 Architects (Nigeria) briefly before moving on to work as an Investment Analyst at Cordros Asset Management Limited (Nigeria). Florence successfully managed assets and liabilities on behalf of the company and ensured income growth during the period. She was also part of the team that spearheaded the successful IPO (Initial Public Offering) sales and operations of the Cordros Money Market Fund which was launched in August 2016. Florence recently moved to New Zealand and started out as a tutor at Victoria University of Wellington in a bid to pass on the knowledge gained while working in several industries over the years, before joining the team at Colliers International (NZ) Limited in August 2017.
