Craig has over 20 years experience in property in both New Zealand and the UK. For the vast majority of his career he has represented a number of corporate tenants and public sector tenants in pro-active and ongoing management of their property portfolios involving new development agreements, new lease negotiations, rent reviews, restructuring, collating organisational "needs analysis" and solid database management routines. Craig manages a team of property professionals but a strong passion for being involved and wanting to create the best solutions for his clients means he also brings a very "hands on" approach to his work. Various clients have included Ministry of Education, Z Energy, Inland Revenue, Plumbing World, Vodafone, Telecom, Chorus, HSBC (UK), Telereal (UK), Eni-Lasmo (UK) and others.
I started at Colliers International in 2011 after working with Rugby New Zealand on the Rugby World Cup 2011. Previous to that I worked with the Corporate Services team at the New Zealand Transport Agency where I assisted the Property team with their critical date management, database updates and property related invoice processing.
As part of my role as Director - Operations I am continually evolving processes and systems to optimise Corporate Solutions operational platform. This includes working closely with our development team on the New Zealand Colliers360 Platform, reviewing and streamlining the Corporate Solutions Accounts and Helpdesk processes and carrying out a number of human resources activities.
I have a sound knowledge of database structures and this has enabled me to implement a number of optimisation solutions for Corporate Solutions clients and staff on tools we have available.
I am committed to working on leading edge solutions, innovation and continual improvement of the Corporate Solutions operations for our clients and staff to ensure they have the greatest visibility on their portfolio and add value by maintaining excellent data integrity.
