Having qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1995, I have worked from graduate through to director level with some of the top real estate firms.
I specialise in Technical Due Dilligence and have led teams advising on the acquisition of landmark commercial property throughout the UK, Europe and Australasia and The Pacific Islands. I am privileged to have worked with some of the very best clients in each of these markets.
Having relocated to New Zealand at the end of 2011, I am now a New Zealand Citizen and Managing Director of the Building Consultancy division of Colliers International.
In 2014, I developed and delivered New Zealand's first accredited Building Surveying paper which now forms part of the Bachelor of Property degree at The University of Auckland Business School.

Memberships & Involvements
I was invited to become a Fellow of the The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2014.
After working in ratings valuation during my university study, I began an internship as a building surveyor in the final year of my degree. Having enjoyed the variety and scope of the challenge, I now have several years experience in industry and have joined the expert team at Colliers Building Consultancy.
I look forward to the opportunity to continue to develop as a building surveyor as I work towards becoming chartered.
