David leads Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Facilities Management team for the Christchurch and South Island region.
David joined Colliers as a Senior Facilities Manager in 2015 and was promoted to Senior Regional Facilities Manager in 2020.
David is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand and is responsible for facilities management and property maintenance matters on commercial and retail properties across the south island.
Davids' role includes liaising with Property Managers and Building Owners, providing advice on capital works, life cycle costings, sustainability, capex/opex budgets, procurement and service contracts.
Accomplishments
Prior experience includes over 15 years in the UK working with a number of property consultancies providing advice to clients in relation to property project management, building maintenance and building pathology matters.

David has a strong Goverment/Corporate background having worked in the industry since 2004, working in Facilities related roles with Inland Revenue, Te Papa and CBRE where he was seconded into ANZ before joining Colliers International in April of 2015.
