Davina has a real estate career spanning over 17 years across commercial, industrial and retail asset classes. Having worked in both New Zealand and abroad, Davina has a significant record of achievement in strategic asset management, lease negotiation, tenant retention, makegood negotiation settlements and has worked on flagship projects which have received numerous awards and national industry recognition.
Davina leads the Colliers Commercial Real Estate Management Services team ensuring best practice across all management disciplines, whilst championing Asset management in Auckland. With an international client base, Davina works with Owners to ensure maximum asset value is achieved, and that sustainability reporting and initiatives are consistent with international standards.
Davina is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors and is licenced Salesperson under the Real Estate Authority.

Richard leads Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team. The team comprises nearly 160 employees across the country. Richard has 20 over years’ experience in the property industry.
Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, both retail and commercial properties.
He is actively involved in project leasing, retail consultancy and development opportunities, and leads the strategic positioning of assets to maximise value to owners.
Richard joined Colliers in 2013 following 12 years at Kiwi Property Group, where he held various leasing and management roles.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, redevelopment and strategic planning.
Richard consults across a wide variety of clients including listed property trusts, private clients, off-shore funds and syndicates.
Echo Cai joins the Real Estate Management Services team bringing over 13 years’ experience in strategic consulting and managing large commercial assets. Educated in New Zealand, Echo holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from Massey University. Echo has worked in the property industry in both New Zealand and China providing high level services to local and international clients.
Echo is currently managing multiple commercial and industrial assets in the CBD and fringe of Auckland. Echo’s current role involves the day-to-day management of the assets including tenancy management, preparation and implementation of financial budgets, enhancing asset value through tenant retention strategies and relationship management.
Gareth leads Colliers Real Estate Management Services Facilities Management team for the Auckland Region.
Gareth has a strong focus on exceeding stakeholder deliverables in facilities, project, client and tenant management and brings a track record of high-quality facilities management services to a variety of premium corporate clients, providing both building owners and tenants alike with strategic direction and pragmatic advice.
His portfolio, in the recent past, has encompassed prime Auckland CBD and city fringe properties owned by a combination of international and local, private and institutional clients. His experience, which covers the full breadth of the facilities management industry, brings a wealth of knowledge in all building services, extending from technical installations and project management to access control upgrades, energy efficient lighting project implementation and high-rise HVAC system recommissioning to achieve optimum energy efficiency and balance.
Bradley is a professionally qualified Property Manager working in the commercial property industry of New Zealand.
With extensive experience in all aspects of asset management, Bradley's strengths include but are not limited to the enhancement of long-term asset capital values and revenue growth, strategic management, advanced lease negotiations, financial management and budgeting.
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Valuation, Management and Finance from Massey University.
Justin is a Senior Facilities Manager within the Colliers Auckland REM team.
Justin has been with Colliers for almost 3 years and is responsible for the ongoing management of a mixed portfolio consisting of both commercial and industrial assets across Auckland.
Prior to joining Colliers, Justin was a Facilities Manager in Canada, overseeing the building operations for a number of facilities in the healthcare sector for 5+ years.
Justin enjoys working closely with clients and key stakeholders to develop strong relationships, find value added solutions, implement operational improvements and provide a high quality experience for building users. With a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for sustainable improvements Justin has delivered a number of unique projects across his portfolio as well as developing good relationships with our keys suppliers, clients and building tenants.
Kieran is an experienced Facilities Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the retail and commercial industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Retail, Sales, Communication and Multi-Site Operations. Kieran is also a strong operations professional with a wide range of experience attained from numerous roles each including strong focus on safety and sustainability.
