Harcourt Valuations Limited 1988 to 1990, Wall Arlidge Valuations from 1990 to 1994, Wellington Valuation Manager at Colliers Jardine from 1994 to 1996, National Valuation Manager of the former Knight Frank (now Darroch Valuations) overseeing 14 branches from 1996 – 2000, back to Colliers in 2000 and to the present.
Accomplishments
Trophy in 1982 awarded to the student who completed the Urban Professional Examination with the most merit, a member of the Valuers Registration Board from 1994 to 2003, a Director of the Property Institute from 2003-2007 and has been a member at the Land Valuation Tribunal since 2001. Gwendoline was awarded the John M Harcourt Memorial Award for “Outstanding Service to Valuation” in 2009 and a Life Membership of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Property Institute of New Zealand in 2014.

Based in Wellington, Urban Professional Valuation Qualification in 1982 and became a registered valuer on 9 June 1983.
