Born and bred in Christchurch, I am committed to the redevelopment of the city and its thriving future.  I'm currently working with many of Christchurch’s leading investors and tenants as they view future opportunities.  


Recent significant transactions include: the $45 million Waitakere Mega Centre; $8 million Forsyth Barr, the biggest ‘as is where is’ sale in New Zealand; $5.4 million Heatherlea land sale; $7.85 million 245 Antigua Street land sale to CDHB; and buyer’s agent for Lyttelton Port for its inland port.
