Hugo has a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and is currently completing his REAA license, after which he will transition his focus to brokerage in the Auckland CBD fringe leasing market.
Hugo has over a year of industry experience having joint Colliers on a part-time basis in 2021 while he completed his property degree. He has also worked within the New Zealand wine and luxury vessel management industry where he gained a range of foundational skills, including communication and relationship building with high-value clients.

Lucy is an office leasing broker in Auckland CBD and specialises in assisting corporate occupiers and small to medium enterprises to find the best office spaces for their business. She has completed lease deals with various tenants in the CBD ranging in size from 100sq m to over 1,000sq m.
Lucy has over four years of industry experience, including several years as a Property Manager in Colliers Corporate Solutions Team. She has been involved in a variety of leasing transactions, including new leases, renewals, and rent reviews for notable clients such as BNZ, Tower Insurance, and Air New Zealand.
Lucy has proven herself to be an expert in her field having previously received the Corporate Solutions ‘Most Valuable Player’ award in 2018, the most prestigious accolade available within the team.
She has a wealth of experience working with major corporate occupiers and has the right combination of drive, professionalism, and energy to really deliver for her clients.
With expertise in the Auckland office leasing market I co-lead the Colliers Auckland Commercial Leasing team.
I cover all aspects of the job with expertise in end-to-end leasing solutions focusing on medium to large businesses. From the initial design through to lease execution, major back-fill, sub-leasing, assigning of existing leases and seeking the right office solution for significant corporate organisations.
I have spent the past fourteen years in NZ building an extensive industry network and have superior market knowledge and insight.
I have consistently been a top tier performer in Auckland for office leasing and pride myself on strong and enduring relationships in the market.
As Director of Office Leasing, Sam leads the Auckland CBD team of 12 brokers and support staff to connect tenants with the very best spaces for lease across the CBD and city fringe. Sam has over 20 years of commercial property experience with ten years at Colliers International and five years leading the Auckland CBD leasing team. Sam has a thorough understanding of the Auckland office market and has developed strong relationships with some of the city’s largest office owners and occupiers.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2010, Sam worked in the South Auckland leasing and sales market before taking up an international transfer to work in London in the West End Office market. Sam spent six years in London specialising in office leasing, acting for both tenants and landlords.
Sam now specialises in Auckland CBD leasing and has been instrumental in some of the largest deals in the city. Most recently the leasing of the brand-new, PWC Tower at Commercial Bay, acting for Fidelity Life with their relocation to 136 Fanshawe Street and stay put negotiations for The Australian Consulate, Morgan Coakle and Haigh Lyon.
Rob has over 28 years commercial property experience specialising in Office Leasing, Commercial Property, Financial Analysis and Valuation. He is the National Director of Commercial Leasing. In a prior role he was responsible for the National Property Management business. His current focus covers Office Leasing and Tenant Representation nationwide, particualrly in the Auckland CBD. Prior to working for Colliers, Rob held positions in Wellington and Auckland with a major international fund manager. His roles included work in property valuation, leasing, purchase and sales.
Lori’s hands-on attitude and exceptional organisational and time management skills makes her role critical to the Leasing team. Her flexible and easy going style complements her experience in preparing specialised documentation, diary management, preparing client pitches and commercial proposals, relationship management with clients and their support staff, and providing office and secretarial support across the whole team to ensure team operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Lori takes a proactive approach to liaising between team members and internal and external clients, and her ability to multi-task with close attention to detail makes her a valuable asset. She plays an integral role in stakeholder management and client relations which sees the Colliers Office Leasing Team perform highly on a consistent basis.
Paul is a hugely effective and highly experienced corporate Office Leasing Director. Paul has won multiple Asia Pacific and New Zealand awards at Colliers and is a previous overall winner of the NZ REINZ Commercial Salesperson of the Year.
Paul has specialised in corporate office relocations and retentions for over thirty years in both his home city of Wellington and Auckland, all with Colliers. Prior to joining Colliers, Paul spent ten years in the NZ Police specialising in serious crime investigation.
Paul captained the NZ Men’s Water Polo team for many years playing in two world championships and two Olympic Qualifying Championships. Paul still holds an official NZ long course swimming record.
Charlie began his career in the advertising industry, working with clients such as O2, Coca-Cola Group and Samsung in the UK, as well as Air New Zealand, Foodstuffs and NZ Lotto in Auckland.
Charlie made the switch from advertising into Commercial Property 7 years ago, using his marketing and project management expertise to help launch a start-up Commercial Property agency in Auckland before moving across to Colliers in early 2016.
His strengths include a good understanding of the strategic approach of different businesses, Marketing strategy and execution, as well as a strong set of project management skills. Having now completed 100’s of transactions during his time as a Leasing broker, Charlie has gained an expert understanding of both renewal and relocation processes and strives to constantly deliver outstanding results for his clients.
Kendall focuses on office leasing within Auckland CBD and the wider central Auckland area, specialising in medium sized occupiers.
Since joining Colliers in 2010 he has assisted local, national and multi-national occupiers with their office requirements including Meridian Energy, Southern Cross, Nokia, Vodafone, Wilson Parking and Greymouth Petroleum.
Kendall’s success comes from his modern and efficient approach to his work, as he continues to develop innovative ideas within the commercial leasing market.
Kendall graduated from Lincoln University in 2009 with a B.Com (VPM).
I have been with Colliers since 2006, helping Auckland based companies find the right office space and negotiate successful leases. Having trusted relationships with Auckland's landlords and in-depth knowledge of the office leasing market, I have helped lease 126,000 sqm of commercial office space.
By taking a genuine interest combined with an in-depth knowledge of the Auckland market and the office leasing process, I successfully connect businesses to buildings across Auckland.
Before Colliers, I worked at Microsoft in Sydney and Seattle, as a corporate account manager, looking after a select group of large national and multi-national organisations. I was recognised for my attention to detail and customer-first approach, allowing me to do what was right for my clients, which in turn created long term wins for Microsoft.
With 10 years of experience in the Auckland commercial property market, Michael brings a wealth of experience to the office leasing process. Specialising in medium to large scale tenant relocations in the CBD fringe and Southern Corridor, Michael has had the opportunity to work with many high profile national and international brands, alongside a number of Government agencies and has transacted over 37,000m² of office space in the past 12 months.
