After 10 months I put my hand up for a Property Manager position on the LINZ residential portfolio managing approx. 350 houses across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne regions, and as of July 2019 this has grown to include the Hawke's Bay, and total number of properties to just short of 400. My knowledge of property management is purely in a residential environment but I am always willing to take up a new challenge!
