He has amounted over 20 years of experience in senior management positions across Australia, USA, the Middle East and New Zealand, and was previously Managing Director and Sales Manager for Colliers Otago. He holds multiple degrees including a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University. James has personally developed his own projects and in 2017 won an NZIA Architecture and Master Builder awards for his Kelvin Heights home.
