In December 2020, James was promoted to the role of Leasing Executive - Retail, where he was the leasing lead on the Plaza in Palmerston North and Northlands in Christchurch. In FY22, James completed the most number of Leasing deals for the company and brought some significant new tenants to the centres, including Starbucks and Mountain Warehouse.
