On behalf of the Body Corporate committee, myself and I am sure also the other unit owners, I would like to sincerely thank you very much for all your assistance and guidance over the period you have been our administrator. We have enjoyed working with you and have found your services to be very professional at all times. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Colliers and now with Alex as our Body Corporate administrator. Alex has already proved herself to be extremely capable and responsive to our requirements and very nice to work with and we are confident she will continue to serve our Body Corporate needs most admirably.
Once again thank you and we wish you all the best with your future role with Colliers.

As you probably know Heather and I have sold our apartment and will be moving out over the weekend.
I want to thank you for your help and support over the years I have been involved with the committee, together we have undertaken many maintenance projects. The job of Chairman is both challenging and rewarding and I have learnt a great deal, especially about Health and Safety in a building this size.
I especially would like to thank Jane Kelly for her support and assistance and being a tower of strength when needed.
As meeting with the full committee is impractical at this time I will try and meet with you individually or in a small group to pass on progress of the jobs in hand and where they need to go next. And also give a quick rundown of upcoming tasks.

You’ve pulled all the pieces together, kept owners’ interest central and together with your organisation and attention to detail, YOU are the single thread that kept this moving in the right direction. Had you gone for any reason, the thing could have unravelled. The owners were incredibly lucky to have you come in when you did- it truly saved this project.
