Jasmine joined Colliers in October 2013 as a Graduate Valuer in the Wellington Office upon completion of her Bachelor of Property and Commerce Conjoint Degree at The University of Auckland. Jasmine moved to the Auckland office in June 2016 and got accredited as a Registered Valuer in 2017.
Jasmine is predominately focused on industrial and suburban commercial properties in the Auckland Region. Work includes valuations for insurance purposes, mortgage security, acquisition and disposal, rental assessment and assists with the valuation of large portfolios for financial reporting.

Kane has over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which included Westfield Stratford and the surrounds. Kane specialised in retail valuations while in Sydney and valued some of Australia’s largest Shopping Centres. Since returning to New Zealand in 2012, he has focused on Auckland’s CBD Office market along with mixed use and residential development valuations.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales RICS board between 2009 and 2011. He is a RICS Assessor and has been part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand between 2014 and 2020. In 2011 Kane was invited to become a Fellow of the RICS for his contributions to the Institution and the property profession. He is currently a member of the PCNZ National Advisory Group.
Mark has 36 years experience in valuation and property advisory, working in both the government and private sectors of the property valuation profession. Mark has experience in a wide range of property classes advising on development proposals, undertaking feasibilty analysis and prepartion of Due Dillergence reports for acqusition or disposal. Marks valuation experience extends to Capital Valuations for audit and peer reviews for a number of the leading banks, financial and lending intitutions. Mark has advised clients on acquistions, disposals, rental and ground lease reviews, as well as presenting evidence in tribunal and arbitration hearings.
Russell has been in property valuation since 2000 predominately based in Auckland, this gives him over 20 years experence in the valuation of property.
Callum is a Registered Valuer with four years’ experience in large quantum industrial and commercial property valuations and advisory for transaction and lending purposes. Callum's focus within valuation and advisory services has predominantly been within the large quantum industrial and metro commercial sectors. Callum is typically involved with our clients’ more complex and large scale acquisition or feasibility assignments for listed REITs, syndicators, blue chip investors and high net worth individuals. More notably, Callum and the Industrial team have had a focus on land valuations for both existing development land and feasibiltiy studies, and future urban development land in Auckland and Hamilton.
Callum is client focused with strong industry connections having also spent time in various parts of the industry which has allowed him to build a strong professional network. Callum is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV), Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ), and sits on the Committee of the PINZ Auckland Branch.
Nick has over 10 years experience in the New Zealand real estate sector.
Nick has been involved predominantly with industrial and suburban commercial valuation assignments with a recent focus on the Auckland city fringe market. Work includes valuations for insurance purposes, mortgage security, acquisition and disposal, rental and ground rental reviews, purchase price allocations, tax depreciation schedules and assisting with the valuation of large portfolios.
Nick is on the valuation panels for Westpac, BNZ and Kiwibank.
