"I've worked with Jeremy on 2 assignments for one of Colliers biggest Global clients and in both instances, he has knocked it out of the park. Our client, who is extremely process-oriented and demanding of their service providers, were delighted with the commercial outcome of the negotiations and with the overall service delivery provided in Wellington. Jeremy has exceptional local market knowledge and the ability to communicate a clear strategy for his clients in a relaxed yet professional manner. You'll want to have him on your side of the negotiation table." - Michael Bowens, Executive Director, Colliers International
"From the outset, Jeremy took the necessary time to understand LGFA’s requirements, something which was clearly reflected in the early properties he selected for view. As the search progressed, Jeremy regularly gave feedback on available and upcoming properties – including his assessment as to their suitability for LGFA. He also took care to ensure that our feedback on properties viewed was reflected in future properties. For these reasons, reasonably early into the search process, we decided to work solely with Jeremy and Colliers. Finding suitable premises for LGFA took approximately six months, primarily due to our small size and requirements for a minimum NBS rating. Over this period, Jeremy presented in a highly professional and friendly manner. He was always readily contactable, something which I particularly appreciated given the busy work environment associated with a start-up company. In March 2013, we found suitable premises, the lease negotiation for which spanned approximately six weeks. Over this period, Jeremy was actively involved representing our feedback to the landlord, and vice versa, including managing the process for incorporating the many amendments to the lease agreement. In conclusion, I have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Colliers and Jeremy to prospective clients seeking a Wellington commercial lease." - Neil Bain, Cheif Financial Officer, NZ Local Government Funding Agency
"We were very impressed with the service provided by Jeremy and Sam. They understood our particular requirements and delivered a property we are very happy with. The process to finding premises was very well managed by Jeremy and Sam. They provided us with a variety of options and were understanding and responsive to our company's needs and to the timeframes we were operating to. We appreciated Jeremy and Sam's input into our negotiation strategy and their assistance with the financial aspects of our decision. Jeremy and Sam managed the process in a very professional manner we were confident with the service they provided Powershop." - Alpesh Soma, Property Manager, Powershop
"Jeremy Langford and Steve Maitland of Colliers International provided an outstanding level of professionalism while we searched for new business premises for Tonkin & Taylor Ltd. They listened to our requests and developed a good understanding on the building requirements we gave them.
As an effective team they provided us with scope and a variety of options and alternatives to suit our requirements. Tonkin & Taylor were guided professionally by Colliers through the building lease arrangements and relocation process in a clear, concise and well-informed manner. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeremy and Steve and I would be happy to recommend their services." - Kate Williams, Wellington Manager, Tonkin & Taylor Limited
"We have recently been working with Jeremy to secure new premises in Wellington. I wanted to tell you how very professionally and incredibly helpful he has been through this process. My experience renting commercial premises is limited to our current premises, my husband has done this a few times before. The landscape is somewhat different and potentially fraught for the ‘novice’, particularly in these times of earthquake awareness. At all times Jeremy provided us with significant amounts of information, presented that and his ideas and experience in the most supportive and professional way. He located some premises that were very suitable for us and then got us through the whole process of negotiation. We were very impressed with his service, as I’m sure our new landlord must have been. There were some hiccups along the way that he managed very well. At no time did he try to ‘sell’ us. I have been in sales and customer support roles for over 40 years and I have managed very large IT operations and support teams. People like Jeremy are very valuable employees. Jeremy has represented himself and your company extremely well. I am a fierce proponent for service and I’m usually the first person to bring it to people’s attention when service is wanting. I also believe its important to acknowledge it, when it's great." - Tess Nicholson, Director, Share NZ
