Professional Summary

Karishma is a hardworking, ambitious and determined young professional. Her experience comes primarily from a business background, which includes a Bachelor’s Degree and Graduate Diploma, as well as 3 years working as a management accountant both in NZ and overseas.

Karishma joined Colliers in 2016 initially as a Trainee Sales Consultant, which gave her a solid understanding of project marketing.

Since becoming a licensed agent, Karishma has been a Project Sales Consultant at Fabric, where she achieved the highest sales rate in two weeks and was promoted to the lead in 2017.

An accounting background helps Karishma to break down the numbers and the return on investment for prospects and she relates particularly well to the young professional and first home buyer.
