Kerry is an experienced development professional with proven success in development management, client-side project management, land and infrastructure development as well as planning and negotiation. Kerry has over 15 years of experience that includes the delivery of major and complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, through to design and construction and finally, asset handover to the end client.
He has completed projects across multiple sectors including commercial building refurbishments, office, residential apartments (including BTR), food and beverage, retail, early learning centres, industrial and civil & infrastructure projects.
Kerry takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
Liam began his career as a building surveyor before transitioning into Project Management where he uses his building construction knowledge to enhance project delivery. Liam understands the requirements of commercial property owners and uses this knowledge to accomplish the client’s objectives and exceed expectations.
Liam is a proactive and effective team member who enjoys working across a variety of projects and property types. He builds lasting relationships with project stakeholders through strong communication and attention to detail to help ensure the project’s success.
Liam is an invaluable addition to any project team with especially strong skills in: tailoring scope of works briefs, analysing tender submissions, preparation of contracts, and defect and site inspections.
Dannielle is a Project Coodinator for the Project Leaders team specialising in a range of services including project management, development management and construction management. She has over 10 years of experience in executive and personal assistance, administration, operations and office management. With a demonstrated history of working in the commercial property industry, she is knowledgeable about various aspects of the sector, including valuation, sales, leasing, and property management. She first joined Colliers in 2015 based in London where she worked as Personal Assistant to the Head of Valuation & Advisory Services before joining the New Zealand buisness in 2017.
