Having worked with Retail Property for over 20 years Tim has vast experience both in the New Zealand market and abroad.
Tim has been back in New Zealand since August 2016 but prior to this he worked for Westfield in Sydney as a leasing executive and in the United Kingdom for 15 years acting on behalf of some of the UK’s top institutional landlords including Legal and General, Land Securities and Aviva. In New Zealand TIm is currently advising Tinline Property Group and Todd Property on their retail assets.
Tim has also acted for premium international retailers such as Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys and Topshop. In New Zealand Tim is currently advisiing Cityfitness and Estee Lauder on their aqusitions and disposal strategy.

Jessica has over 27 years' experience selling and leasing property. She initially joined Colliers International in 1992, undertaking various roles including Research Analyst, Commercial Sales Executive Assistant and Commercial Sales broker. After taking time off to travel and work for Colliers RH in London in 2000, Jessica re-joined Colliers International in Auckland as a Retail Leasing broker in 2001.
During her 18 years' experience of retail leasing, Jessica has leased of all forms of retail stores, across all sectors, from convenience, food & beverage, and service retail, to shopping centres and large format retail.

Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, predominantly retail with some commercial properties.

Zoe Hall

As the Team Assistant for Auckland Retail Leasing, Zoe is responsible for general administration, property marketing, presentations and collaborating information to support the Retail Leasing Brokers.
Zoe is passionate young professional with a strong interest in retail property, particularly the fashion and food and beverage sectors. She is a dedicated learner who is investing her time into understanding the nature of both retail and the property market.
Zoe recently graduated from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint, majoring in Management and Marketing. Throughout University, she was extensively involved in the Property Student Association, ALES, organising social events and supporting Property students.
Zoe joined Colliers International in 2018 as the Marketing Assistant where she worked part time for 2 years with her studies. During this time, Zoe was in charge of reconciling all Marketing Invoices, working with external suppliers and internal teams.
Nick is one of the leading retail real estate specialists in Christchurch and the greater Canterbury region, leasing over 100,000m² of space and negotiating more than $140m in retail property sales. He works meticulously with landlords to identify appropriate tenants and has unrivalled expertise in coordinating tenancy mix within developments.
Nick is intimately involved with several projects in the Christchurch CBD, including spearheading the marketing of several significant specialty retail projects in Cashel Mall. He has also been instrumental in many substantial leases in the large format sector. His most recent activity in this area includes leasing Briscoes and Rebel Sport at Northlink Centre in Papanui; the new Briscoes store in Rangiora; and project leasing multiple centres throughout Canterbury.
One of Nick’s more notable transactions is the sale of South City Shopping Centre in central Christchurch in 2018 for $46 million
Prior to his move to Colliers International, Alan spent 10 years as a broker with Knight Frank and DTZ, culminating in his position as Commercial Manager at DTZ Hamilton. Alan has been involved in retail acquisition and leasing for Briscoes Group, Supercheap Autos, Foodstuffs, No. 1 Shoes, McDonalds, Fonterra, Big Save Furniture, Bunnings and Mitre 10. Much of Alan’s focus has been around both strategic properties and clients. This has encompassed long term development projects, sourcing the land and obtaining anchor tenant commitments. Alan has also worked closely with a number of institutions and high wealth individuals to effectively and confidentially place or acquire significant property assets.
Having worked in commercial real estate since 2006, Danny has over ten years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in multiple transactions throughout the past decade, specialising in sales and leasing solutions for corporate tenants, investors and developers alike.
Before moving back to Hawkes Bay in 2013, Danny worked as a senior broker for NYSE listed Jones Lang LaSalle, specialising in CBD office leasing in Wellington CBD.
Since his return to Hawkes Bay where Danny was appointed as leasing manager, he has concluded over 100 transactions, including Hawkes bays largest office lease, the relocation of Kiwibank’s national call and recovery centre to Hastings from Wellington. In 2015 Danny became a shareholder in Colliers Hawkes Bay and a director in 2017. Danny handles opportunities across the whole commercial market but his major strengths lie in lease restructuring projects, sales, and development deals. He prides himself on his professionalism and skill in ensuring that projects are managed to the client’s total satisfaction.

Phil has worked as a commercial broker in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. During this time Phil has worked on numerous significant developments, investment projects and leasing negotiations.
Phil joined Colliers International in 2005 helping establish a new branch in Palmerston North. In 2013, Phil became a director in the business along with his fellow brokers, Doug Russell and Grant Lloyd and Richard Findlay, owner of Colliers Wellington and Nelson.
Geoff has established a reputation as one of the top of the souths leading commercial brokers over the last 6 years. Dean Collins

Specialising in commercial and industrial property since 2006, Dean’s local knowledge gives him an exclusive insight to one of New Zealand’s most tightly-held property markets and allows him to advocate on behalf of local and national clients for commercial and industrial properties of any size.
Following his studies at the University of Otago, Dean worked with an international property advisory company (DTZ), before joining the Colliers International team as a shareholder in 2009. From there he became an associate director of Colliers International in 2014, and then a Director in 2017.
In addition to his work at Colliers he is a committee member for the Property Council of New Zealand Otago chapter.
Having grown up locally, his familiarity with the region has enabled him to cultivate strong connections throughout the Otago and Southland regions that facilitate his ability to meet his clients’ respective needs. I come from a strong sales/entrepreneurial background where i owned and worked in the local Honda Car Franchise and Caltex Service Station, previously called Jack Motors (2000) Ltd for 15 years. Under my ownership I took the dealership to number 1 market share for new car sales for several years, before selling the business in 2006.
I have bought a large number of residential properties in the area over the past 15 years and currently own a high profile industrial site in the heart of Paraparaumu which I purchased in 2003, and two industrial sites in Levin. I believe I have a wealth of knowledge with regards to property in the Kapiti/Horowhenua area and a large client/contact base.
