Accomplishments

Since starting with the national retail team, Leroy has successfully completed a large number of leasing transactions in both bulk and convenience retail developments throughout the country. Leroy has also been involved in the sale of a number of retail properties and developments he has leased.

Successes include taking a leading role in leasing convenience retail projects in Auckland, Pukekohe, Tauranga, Hamilton, New Plymouth, and large format  retail centres in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Hastings, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, and Invercargill.

Leroy has extensive knowledge of both convenience retail, and large format  retail opportunities in most major centres throughout New Zealand.
