Mark joined Colliers' Real Estate Management Team in Auckland following a 10-year career managing and commissioning some of Auckland’s largest residential apartment complexes.
He now focuses on driving best practice Facilities Management within a varied portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties across the Auckland region.
During his time at Colliers Mark has worked on a number of significant infrastructure and redevelopment projects. Mark currently manages properties for some of the worlds’ largest listed-funds to strategically protect and enhance the future value of their assets.
Mark specialises in commissioning new assets and activating unused spaces within properties to add value and strengthen tenant retention.
Mark leads a team of 8 Facilities Management specialists in the Auckland Region with a combined experience of over 50 years.

Courtenay has been a Facilities Manager within the Real Estate Management Team for over 2 years and currently manages a diverse portfolio of both commercial and retail assets. Courtenay is involved in all facets of Facilities Management, including the day to day operation and maintenance of building systems, compliance and regulatory management, and Capex project management.
