Marketing Coordinator | Agency
Meadta holds a conjoint degree in Commerce (majoring in Marketing) and Property from the University of Auckland and joined the Collier's Agency Marketing team as a marketing coordinator in July 2022. She has knowledge and experience in marketing particularly commercial property types such as Office, Retail and more.
During her studies at University, Meadta gained valuable industry experience working various part-time roles, such as a research assistant for CBRE, an assistant property manager as Yinsy Brothers Construction and a team assistant at Metro Commercial Real Estate.
Meadta prides herself particularly in her marketing expertise with various excellence awards in her University courses such as Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and placed first in the course ‘Advanced Marketing Strategies’ at The University of Auckland.
She is able to utilise her knowledge and experience to support multiple commercial service lines within Colliers.

Marketing Manager | Agency
Lisa is a commercially-aware marketing professional with exceptional analytical and organisational skills; self-driven with the ability to make sound business decisions and envision marketing activity within a macro property environment.
She has worked in London within the professional membership industry, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Since starting at Colliers in 2019, she has managed and executed marketing for multiple residential projects and managed in-house publications for Investment Sales and Office Leasing. She provided nationwide support for several programs and platforms including Hubspot and Brandcast, using the latter to create a Colliers Marketing website to allow easy access to tools and guides for EAs and brokers nationwide.
In 2021, Lisa moved from focusing on marketing residential projects to leading the newly-formed commercial marketing team, providing specialised support across the commercial service lines.
In 2023 she became the Agency Marketing Manager, further expanding her scope and team by adding RPM to the agency service lines her team supports, alongside Investment Sales, Office Leasing, Retail Leasing, and Capital Markets. She focuses on enabling the agency service lines to maximise results for the client, whilst upskilling them in marketing best practices. The Agency marketing team also acts as a bridge between the wider marketing team and the rest of the company, promoting marketing services to internal property professionals and providing feedback to the marketing team.
Marketing Executive | Agency
Mica is an experienced and level-headed marketing professional with a versatile range of skills spanning strategic media planning, campaign/budget and stakeholder management, as well as proficiency in HTML/CSS and graphic design. She holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from AUT, majoring in Digital Media, and a Diploma in Web and UX Development from YOOBEE College of Creative Innovation.
After completing her studies, she joined Colliers in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator for Operations in the Corporate Marketing team. In this role, Mica coordinated the use of various marketing platforms such as CampaignTrack, Brandcast and Lumen5, providing support to users nationwide. She also served as the primary point of contact for the broader marketing team in partner offices and service lines across New Zealand.
In 2022, she joined the Projects marketing team where she continued to hone her skills managing campaigns for off-the-plan residential projects.
In 2023, she was promoted to Marketing Executive and transitioned to the Agency team, further expanding her expertise which now also encompasses commercial real estate and professional services.
