Pete's professional know-how stems from development and project marketing having sold out 80+ projects, 10,000+ sales and settlements.

Pete rejoined Colliers International after holding the position of Director, project marketing at PRD Realty/ nationwide who were purchased by Colliers International in 2006. Duiring this time he launched and managed the successful sell out and settlement of 50+ projetcs achieving 5,000+ sales and settlements. 

Pior to PRD Realty/nationwide, Pete was Queensland Joint Venture Manager, Custome Credit Coorporation Limited/ National Australia Bank where he was Company Director for 19 Residential Projects, developing  approximately 5,000 residential lots including the prepartaion of masterplan for mixed used communities of Solander Shores/ Pacific Harbour, Bribie Island and Point Vernon Parklands, Hervey Bay.
