Joining the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness team in July 2020 after working in banking and lending while farming with her husband in the Tararua region. Rebecca has brought with her an enthusiastic and passionate mindset to help support and drive the Tararua/Wairarapa Colliers Rural team.
Rebecca has great time management and leadership skills, this making sure she has a key role in helping with the success of the Colliers team.
Rebecca is hugely involved in the Tararua community and has great knowledge and experience with her roles in the Manawatu Rugby Union, Bush Rugby and Tararua College Board of Trustees. All while making sure she gets the opportunity to watch her children play and referee sport in the community as well.
Rebecca enjoys being part of the Colliers Tararua/Wairarapa team and making sure everyone has a great experience when dealing with the team at Colliers.

Rob, his partner Kim and their family have loved living in the Tararua region and continue to be involved in the local community providing sponsorship and support for sporting clubs, schools and community events.

Jason has played a key role in establishing the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness brand in the Tararua and Wairarapa region. As a natural born relationship builder with a passion for the rural community, Jason prides himself on his people skills, his strong negotiation abilities and the exceptional customer service he provides to clients. Born and bred in the Tararua district, having been bought up on a family farm in Waione, both farming and sales have been a major theme throughout Jason’s career. With 16 years of practical farming experience behind him, including time spent in Dannevirke, Eketahuna and Pahiatua, Jason, along with his wife, Kirsten, leased a farm for ten years which eventually allowed them to purchase this property. Jason worked as a Technical Field Rep for PGG Wrightson, advising clients on animal health, cropping, fertiliser and development plans for farms. During his time with the company, Jason built strong relationships which lead to outstanding sales results, winning numerous awards that recognised his achievements. Jason also spent five years on their national retail advisory group, where he developed and rolled out a national training programme for staff.
Jason’s natural affinity for people combined with his results-orientated drive, has seen Jason excel in his chosen field and build a strong network of contacts across rural Wairarapa along the way. Jason is very involved in the local community through various sporting codes. He was the Club Captain for the Eketahuna rugby club for eight years. Currently he is the Club President of Tararua Squash Club and assists co-ordinating a local discussion group. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter as well as participating in squash, cricket and trying to get the odd hunt or dive in. Jason has lived in the Tararua district his whole life. The people and the relationships he has formed is what he loves and he is looking forward to using his knowledge of the area, rural expertise and sales skills to help others achieve their goals in life.

Paula Raleigh’s roots are rural and true to the land. Driving immense satisfaction from helping her clients to achieve their goals, Paula’s instant affinity with people reflects her strong communication skills and love of the job.
Supported by a knowledgeable and experienced team, Paula is active on the ground building relationships and networking through the strength of the Colliers Brand.
Raised on a sheep, beef and cropping agribusiness, Paula understands the ins and outs of the industry and is active in the rural network. Furthermore, as a business owner of several investments, she has a real appreciation of the complexities of hospitality and corporate situations.
Paula along with her husband Guy raised their four children while farming a successful sheep, beef and cropping operation in the northern Wairarapa for several years.
Not one to rest on her laurels, Paula has made the move from a support role with the Colliers Rural and Lifestyle team, to sales, bringing with her a background of strong farming and business experience, operational effectiveness, and creative marketing techniques.
Paula focuses on her key attributes of professionalism, a strong work ethic and community engagement. She listens to and understands her clients, enabling her to create solutions best suited to each situation. This drives her always to go that extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best service, guidance, and support through the process of marketing, selling, and achieving their goals on the real estate journey.
