As Strategic Advisory’s Auckland director, Rob is known for being client focused, innovative, and delivering complex property solutions. He works with investors, developers, occupiers, and other advisors, including some of New Zealand’s most successful companies, central and local government and leading not-for-profits. Rob provides advice on complex transactions, property strategy, site searches and acquisitions, development feasibilities and tenant representation.
Accomplishments
2021 marked Rob's 28th year in the property industry. Prior to joining Colliers, he served in a variety of roles including management of large commercial portfolios, site acquisition, project delivery, and corporate real estate. Rob builds internal support, gets to the real issues, and reaches practical recommendations to support business and property decisions.
Education
Rob holds a Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University.

Renee was the recipient of the Blair Hargrave/Colliers Scholarship in 2019 before joining the Strategic Advisory team as an analyst in the same year. Renee worked part time in the team for 2 years whilst completing her tertiary qualifications and joined full time in mid 2021.
Alan has overall responsibility for Strategic Advisory for Colliers International in New Zealand.
He advises a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Clients include Auckland Council,, Massey University, Kiwi Property, Ngai Tahu Property, Ngati Whatua Orakei, Ngati Whatua o Kaipara, NZ Super, and various departments of the New Zealand government including Police, MBIE, Ministry of Justice, and Kainga Ora.
William joined the Colliers Strategic Advisory team as an Analyst in 2019 and contributes to consulting assignments primarily through research, analysis and reporting.
William has worked with a wide range of public and private clients on a wide range of projects.
William’s recent work with the Strategic Advisory team has included feasibility studies, market analysis, typology and pricing analysis for residential projects, build-to-rent developments and master-planned developments.
William also regularly carries out market data extraction, market value analysis and assists with property acquisition searches and strategies.
