He has negotiated the majority of the South Island’s largest industrial transactions during the past 13 years and in the past six years alone has delivered in excess of $830 million in sales.

Highlights in the past few months include the South Islands largest Industrial sale being the $53.75 million transaction of 13 buildings known as Castle Rock Industrial Park, the $14.85 million sale and leaseback of Turners and Growers South Island DC and the $14 million sale of the Online Distribution property located on Port Hills Road, Christchurch.
